Kotta
Ülle Kotta, DSc
LEADING RESEARCHER
Ülle Kotta received the PhD degree from Estonian Academy of Sciences, in 1980 and the DSc degree from Russian Academy of Sciences, in 1993. In 996 she was awarded the prestigious Estonian Science Award. She is the author of the research monograph "Inversion Method in the Discrete-time Nonlinear Control Systems Synthesis Problems" (Springer, London, 1995) and a (co)author of more than 200 refereed papers. She has supervised numerous PhD students /postdocs and is (was) a member of editorial board of 3 international journals. Between 1997-2009 she served as Vice Director of the IoC at TUT. She has been a PI of numerous governmental funding projects and ESF grants. Her present research interests are in nonlinear control theory.


Belikov
Juri Belikov, PhD
PROFESSOR
Juri Belikov was born in 1985 in Ukraine. He received his BSc degree (cum laude) in mathematics from Tallinn University, and his MSc and PhD degrees both in computer and systems engineering from Tallinn University of Technology. Held a post-doctoral researcher position at Israel Institute of Technology "Techion". His main research interests lie in the domain of nonlinear control theory.


Kaparin
Vadim Kaparin, PhD
RESEARCHER
Vadim Kaparin was born in 1985. He received his BSc degree in mathematics from Tallinn University, and his MSc and PhD degrees both in computer and systems engineering from Tallinn University of Technology. His main research interests lie in the domain of nonlinear control system theory, both for discrete- and continuous-time cases.


Kaldmae
Arvo Kaldmäe, PhD
RESEARCHER
Arvo Kaldmäe was born in 1987 in Estonia. He received his BSc and MSc degrees in mathematics in 2010 and 2012, respectively, both from Tallinn University and his PhD degree from Tallinn University of Technology and Ecole Centrale de Nantes (France) in 2016. He has hold a post-doc position at the University of Newcastle, Australia. His scientific work belongs to the field of nonlinear control theory. In his work, he considers both, time-delay and delay-free systems.

Ashutosh Simha was born in 1989. He received his PhD degree from Indian Institute of Science in Bangalore. His scientific work belongs to the field of nonlinear control theory.
